Remove side covers and top to access condenser coil inside and out.
Remove debris around and inside condenser and vacuum if necessary.
Hose off loose dirt on condensing coil.
Apply biodegradable coil cleaner to condensing coil and let soak.
Thoroughly rinse off coil cleaner.
Clear condenser drain holes.
Check wire connections for compressor and replace connector if necessary.
Check condition of crank case heater.
Oil condenser fan motor.
Check and tighten condenser fan motor mounting bracket.
Clean condenser fan blade.
Check condenser fan blade for cracks in metal.
Tighten fan blade set screw.
Open and clean debris out of electrical compartment.
Visually inspect all wiring for wear or breaks.
Repair small wiring problems in electrical compartment if necessary. (Large electrical problems such as burnt or corroded wires or components repaired at extra charge).

Check burner mounting and gasket.
Remove smoke pipe from unit to chimney.
Brush and vacuum smoke pipe.
Brush and vacuum chimney base, clear all obstacles to ensure free flow of flue gases.
Open all clean out panels. Remove, brush, and vacuum flue collector box.
Brush and vacuum all flue passages.
Reassemble heating unit. Attach smoke pipe ensuring three screws in each smoke pipe connection. Cement smoke pipe into chimney.
Complete efficiency test to ensure proper operation
Adjust draft control for proper draft.
